Hi there! I'm Marisa, the lucky dog mom of Marlee, a six year old American Bully.

I was blessed to adopt Marlee when she was 3 years old. Her previous owner was moving away and her next stop was the shelter so of course I had to jump in. 

​

I've always grown up with dogs but this is the first time I've had a dog on my own and I'll be honest, it's harder than expected! As I'm sure some of you bully breed owners may know, having to navigate training, skin allergies, and the constant profiling your pup gets, it's important to surround yourself with a community that is supportive and informational.

After working with multiple trainers, reading loads of books, being involved in online groups, and much more... I decided to create a blog to document our progress, keepsake our memories, and share any helpful information with those who could also benefit.
